Voiceover Coaching
Private coaching for actors who want to work in voiceover, not just try it.
A lot of people are interested in voiceover. Fewer are willing to do what it actually takes to be competitive in it. If you're in the second group, this is for you.
Robin coaches actors privately, one session at a time, on commercial voiceover performance. Her approach is specific to you: your voice, your instincts, your strengths, and the gaps keeping you from booking. There's no standardized curriculum, no cheerleading, and no guesswork about what you need to work on. She'll tell you the truth, and she'll give you the tools.
She coaches from direct industry experience: she's currently working as an actor, directing sessions for agencies and studios, and casting talent on her own projects. When she tells you what makes a performance bookable, it's because she's on the other side of that decision regularly.
Who This Is For
People come to Robin from a lot of different starting points. Some have been performing for years and want to add voiceover to what they already do. Some are coming from improv, stage, or on-camera work and want to understand how VO is different. Some are approaching this as a serious second career: something worth doing properly, with someone who actually knows the field. And some have simply always been curious about it and finally decided to find out what they're capable of.
That looks different for everyone. Some people are building toward representation and regular work. Others are approaching voiceover as a serious creative investment: a craft worth doing well, on its own terms. Both are good reasons to be here.
The common thread isn't background or career ambition. It's that you're treating the craft with some respect and you're open to being directed. If that's you, get in touch.
What You’ll Work On
The specifics vary by person, but coaching typically covers: making strong, specific choices; taking and translating direction in real time; understanding what the commercial market is actually buying and why; adjusting quickly without losing the performance; and building the professional instincts that turn auditions into bookings.

A Note on Casting
Robin also casts actors for voiceover and on-camera projects. When she recommends someone for a job, it's because she's worked with them directly and knows what they can do.
Coaching with her doesn't guarantee auditions or bookings — but it does mean your work is known to her firsthand, which matters in an industry built on reputation and trust.
