Because I’ve worked on both sides of the mic, I speak the language of performers and creative teams, which keeps sessions clear and decisions quick.

When casting, I do so from a pool of performers I’ve worked with directly. When I recommend talent, I know how they take direction, how they work in session, and how they deliver under real conditions.
